The Free tier includes unlimited expense submissions, 100 AI receipt scans per month, 1 active grant, and up to 50 contacts. It is a single owner account with no staff seats, and the fundraising modules, bookkeeper PDF, and CSV export are Premium features.
Premium includes unlimited staff accounts, and we never charge per seat. The Free tier is a single owner account, so adding your team requires Premium.
Your organization connects its own Stripe account. Funds deposit directly to you, and Giving Toolbox never touches your money.
No. TeeFast Golf is a separate add-on that works on either tier, at $99.99 per tournament or $149.99 per year for unlimited tournaments.
Yes. Because Apple bills the subscription, you cancel in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then Giving Toolbox. Your account reverts to Free at the end of the billing period and your data is never deleted.
Giving Toolbox charges a platform fee on payments processed through the app: 1.5% on the Free tier and 0.5% on Premium, on top of Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee. Donors can choose to cover both fees at checkout, so your organization keeps the full intended gift.
