No. You can create a fund holder account directly in the app without any action from your CF. You manage your own records independently.

Not automatically — you enter your fund data manually. This keeps your information private and under your control, independent of your CF's software.

The fund holder account is free — tracking your balances, contributions, distributions, and statements costs nothing. If your organization also runs fundraising events, auctions, or campaigns, those features require a Premium subscription at $34.99/month.
